Manufacturing Process of Seamless Medium- Carbon Steel Boiler
The tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be cold drawn.
Details of ASTM A179/SA179 We can supply:

Size: O.D.: 10.0～76mm W.T.: 2～10mm
Length: 6M or specified length as required.
Ends: Plain End, Beveled End.
Heat treatment:
Tubes shall be heat treated after the final cold drawn pass at a temperature of 1200°F or higher.
Appearance for ASTM Boiler Tube
A sufficient number of visual surface imperfections to provide seasonable assurance that they have been properly evaluated with respect to depth. The defect shall be removed or cut off within the limits of requirements on length. The finished pipe shall be reasonably straight.
